Meet our wonderful yoga instructor!

Karène Chevriot-Valladeau, a passionate yoga teacher, has found in this discipline a faithful companion that has accompanied her from adolescence right through to the key moments of her life, notably through her maternity years.

As the mother of three children, her first pregnancy awakened an unwavering passion for perinatal care that has stayed with her ever since. Trained as a Doula and then an IBCLC lactation consultant since 2011, Karène has in-depth skills in the physiology of the pregnant and postpartum woman, as well as an expert understanding of the physiological approach to birth and breastfeeding. Her in-depth knowledge of this period of major transformation strengthens her ability to guide and support women.

As a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, Karène offers women a privileged moment to slow down, reduce stress, soften the pelvis and improve posture. This time that mothers give themselves plays a significant role in the experience of pregnancy and preparation for childbirth. Her classes aim to create a space where expectant mothers can connect with their changing bodies, fostering a holistic approach to pregnancy.

What's more, Karène's mommy & baby classes are specially designed to promote postpartum muscle strengthening, post-delivery body recovery and the management of stress associated with the new life of a new mother.
