Baby Massage for dads
How does it work?
You come with your baby (0 to 12 months) to our relaxing & understanding group session for 5 weeks. You’ll have the pleasure of bonding with your baby as you practice baby massage on your own little one. This class helps communication between baby and parent. Through nurturing touch, baby will feel comforted, loved and relieved from discomfort caused by gas, constipation, colic, teething and congestion.
You can read more about the benefits on this link:
You’ll also have the opportunity meet other dads! We will facilitate a discussion topic each week to allow dads to have discussions together and learn from one another. This is an activity that many families appreciate and we think you will too!
Please note that this is a bilingual class!
At La mère à boire-Moms For Milk, we're very comfortable with different languages! Our services and activities are often bilingual or offered in French, English or Spanish.
Our employees and volunteers speak many different languages. If we can accommodate you, we will!
What if my baby is fussy or cries?
Please remember, we know that babies need to drink their milk, cry and sleep. We accept babies in any way and in any mood they’re in! We’re always happy to welcome you both to the group! Please don't worry about that! Other parents are happy to help with your little one if needed, we’re a community that can lean on one another.

Mother of two and the director La mère à boire - Moms For Milk. I'm half Spanish, I studied Early Childhood and Elementary Education. And used to be a nanny for newborns, teach in daycares and used to teach in elementary schools!
My interests in early childhood expanded into pregnancy and breastfeeding. I was lucky to find La mère à boire - Moms For Milk, where I had my own support mom. I soon became a breastfeeding support mom, and now I'm the director!
I am very happy to be offering this wonderful experience to families. This class is a wonderful place for babies to feel close, safe, loves and connected to their parent(s)! The relaxing, nurturing touch calms and reassures your baby.
The benefits are wonderful for baby, but did you know that this class it just as wonderful for the parents who participate? I love creating a safe and respectful environment for parents to discuss different topics related to babies and parenting. The discussion period is a rich part of the class, parents can exchange experiences and tips with one another, all while building new friendships!
You'll likely find that after this 5-week session, you may have more confidence as a parent, feel closer than ever to your baby and have new friends!
I look forward to meeting you and your baby!
