P & B
What to expect?
Come visit us for some coffee or tea and snacks! We are a friendly bunch! Our weekly support group aims to help parents break isolation and meet other families. For a short period, we discuss perinatal topics each week in an informal setting. We are always sure to provide you with up-to-date information and recommendations. Families are also welcome to chat with a trained breastfeeding support mom for in person help! We hope you can come!
What if my baby is fussy or cries?
Please remember, we know that babies need to drink their milk, cry and sleep. We accept babies in any way and in any mood they’re in! We’re always happy to welcome you both to the group! Please don't worry about that! Other parents are happy to help with your little one if needed, we’re a community that can lean on one another.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, your baby and diaper bag!
Your partner, both parents are always welcome!
A contribution for drinks and snacks is appreciated but not obligatory!
